I would like to share my story of how Sheron Harp and Cammie’s Aflac office has helped both my husband and myself. I had melanoma twice and with my cancer policy it helped me pay my deductible. For my husband, the cancer policy still continues to pay towards his colon cancer; the tests, doctors visits, labs, and x-rays - never ending. All I did was fax or drop off my itemized billing form and Sheron’s Aflac office did the rest. For more than 10 years I have had Aflac with this office. Their staff's willingness to get your claim going shows how they all are compassionate and care about us. I never knew when I would need my 3 policies, but I am glad my employer had the option to choose Aflac. Come to find out when I took my first two policies I found out my husband and Sheron went to high school together. Small World! If you want Aflac in NWA, pick this office. Thanks for all you and your agents do for my family. It makes my life easier.

My husband took out the cancer policy many years ago while employed by a past employer. After seeing the positive experiences others had when making a claim, we decided to continue the coverage after leaving this employer. Our supplemental insurance policy has been very beneficial in making an unfortunate situation a little easier to deal with. Tonya Watson was nothing but super helpful in assisting me with filing my forms and making sure everything was taken care of. The benefit amount that I received from my cancer policy was a wonderful surprise and will definitely help with expenses.

Thank you so much for your help while filing my husband’s cancer claim. I had hundreds of pages of bills from his treatment in Little Rock that needed to be filed and I was quite overwhelmed. I didn’t know where to even begin. I brought all my paperwork up to Sheron Harp’s office and explained to Tonya what I had and didn’t know where to start. She told me to leave her the paperwork and she would go through it and file it for me. That was quite a relief for me. Before I knew it, Tonya was calling me to tell me how much my supplemental insurance was sending me a check for. I was surprised that it paid so quickly! Sheron, Just a note to let you know how pleasantly surprised we were by the amount of the first benefit check we received from our supplemental insurance cancer insurance policy. I admit, I even called the 1-800 number to be certain it wasn't an error. After paying on a policy for several years, I guess we forgot what it can do for us, I know I had. First you, Sheron, with answers to my many questions and then the supplemental insurance company, from whom we received a benefit check in considerably less than two weeks from being diagnosed with prostate cancer, really you and your company's response has been a Godsend.

Dear Sheron, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the kind and immediate action on my claim. I have had cancer/intensive care insurance while I was an employee with ATHD and have continued carrying it since my retirement.
In April 2010, I was admitted to the hospital for tests. The next day I was in surgery for blockage in my heart. After surgery, I was sent to the intensive care unit for 3 days. After I was released from the hospital, my wife took my itemized hospital statement to Sheron Harp's office. She was treated with respect and they immediately started to work on my claim. Dear Sheron, I appreciate the quick and professional service I always receive your company. The process of having cancer removal is never easy and the expenses of not only the appointments but having someone drive me back and forth add up. But my supplemental cancer policy has always been helpful in meeting those expenses. The driving back and forth and wound care is not something my insurance covers but my supplemental cancer policy helps with these expenses.
